Completely unethical business practices!!! Left me having to use a screwdriver to access my hot water! Took my personal property without my permission,which was the original hardware fixtures. Did not do the job they told me they would do when they came to assess the scope of work beforehand. Showed up without a simple screw, so the job wasn’t completed correctly. Yah PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL STATEMENT. They are charging three separate individuals hourly labor rates, forgot to reconnect our kitchen sink, which we have a filtration system that could've been burned out. We had to call them back to reconnect our kitchen sink and then waited an entire weekend for them to come back and then got charged for that call out fee and that persons individual labor hourly rate. My back toilet is leaking, so now I have to shut that back bathroom off yet again, which was the entire reason for them... read more
