James from Swede's Appliance Service was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, honest and thorough. Not only did he work diligently to replace the Icemaker in my Samsung French Door Refrigerator, but he helped me better understand my BBQ Grill, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher and outdoor gas fireplace. I hope to not have the same issues in the future, but if I do I will 100% call on James for the repairs.
James is great, takes his time to make sure that he is fixing it correctly. Leaves everything neat and clean when he's finished.
Swedes has been to our house several times lately for different repairs. He always treats us fairly and honestly. He is knowledgeable on major appliances and has saved us from having to buy multiple replacements. He always has a great attitude and answers all our questions.
Wonderful service. The technician was kind and professional.
Mr. Carlson is always very professional. He comes in, diagnoses the problem and fixes it. He doesn't up sale. He explains the problem and the fix. He even cleans up after himself. Very respectful. Very honest, reliable and capable.
