I was pleasantly surprised to see James, a well-experienced technician, arrive at my house on Labor Day. Within just a few minutes he determined why my washing machine wouldn’t start. James was pleasant, familiar with problems this particular model of Whirlpool washing machine was having, and immediately reported the issue to the company from which I had bought an extended warranty. I am grateful to have found such a reliable, efficient and professional appliance repair person in Cheyenne. There was a reasonably short wait because I did not have an urgent problem, but he worked me in when there was a cancellation. He had to order a part but it was in and installed in 5 days. James is a pleasure to work with, highly recommended.
Service was great and inexpensive. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He even called to say he would be early. Great experience and definitely would recommend.
James was fantastic. He located issue quickly (pest control screen) and recommended we have screen removed and have the vent professionally cleaned. James recommended a company as well. He offered information regarding washing machine (citric acid) for cleaning. Recommended leaving detergent drawer and front load door opened plus dry drum.
