This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in this industry. I called them for an accounting issue that is ongoing, the person taking the calls starts talking over me and hung up the phone. The sales representatives are poor and useless. Stay away from this company.
I bought a great piece of equipment, but it quite functioning properly after a few months. Almost two weeks with multiple phone calls and emails and no response from them.
