Joined a class with Angela this week and my experience from obtaining information on the class to booking to the actual class itself has been above and beyond! So helpful and responsive and the class is brilliant. My 4 month old had the time of his life and I also felt the burn haha! Thank you Angela! We look forward to continuing 😁 xx

This is such a great class, I really would recommend it to anyone that wants to work out but doesn’t have childcare to do so. Angela is so passionate and her enthusiasm really rubs off! Different options are given for the exercises so you can tailor it and work as hard as you want to. It's such a lovely laid back atmosphere, all bubs and kiddies enjoy it too and it really doesn't matter if you need to feed/change/tend to an older child. Give it a go!

Today, marks our second week of sweaty mamas with Angela. All I can say is why didn't I start this sooner! Angela is amazing instructor, explains every step and is so patient with all the children. My 2 year old has enjoyed our visits to the gym, as she calls it. She even joins in with some of the exercises and loves being used as a weight. You don't have to be fit to join this class, everyone works at their own pace. If your considering this fitness class, do it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great, turned up on time, did a fab job, cleaned up after them, you couldn't ask for more.
