Love the classes! four weeks into it and I feel taller tighter and more energy. I take the strength and I love love love the stretch. It makes me feel so so good!
As someone who’s always preferred urban HIIT format yoga, I was pretty resistant to the idea of spin. Jessie brings the same intensity and mindset to the bike. Her approach is all about pushing yourself without the pressure, and she reminds you that you can do anything for a minute. She brings real energy and keeps the pace challenging but manageable. The music is solid, the flow makes sense, and you leave feeling stronger. Highly recommend!

The best gym around. It's so welcoming to all members. You feel like you belong to a family. The classes are great with so many options.
Started going to Sweatshop almost a year ago with my son for kickboxing and words cannot explain the positive effect it has had for both of us! The classes, instructors and members are all so positive and great it really is like a family. If you need a gym to help hold you accountable this is it! You won't want to miss any of the great classes but the friends you make along the way will only help make sure you get there. The first week is free so you can try out all the classes that are sure to not disappoint!
