I did not end up purchasing a piece of furniture at this time. However. Rebecca was very helpful knowledgeable and not at all pushy Which to me is a plus I did however ask another sales person for a measuring tape while Rebecca was with another customer. I was surprised that she didn’t loan me the one that I saw lying on her desk As she wasn’t with anyone . Over all it was a good experience as I have always had when dealing with sweats
Terrible service, 6 month old Basset reclining sofa, motor went bad and it has been over 5 weeks and 2 repairmen visits and still broke. And yes we bought an extended warranty but this is covered by store 1st year warranty. Called again this am and sales lady hung up on us, owner will not return calls. Stay away they don’t stand behind their products.
Rebecca was so helpful and friendly in helping us pick furniture for the home we are building in Brunswick. One of the best customer relations experience for us in a long time!!!
