Highly recommended for all ages,beginners and all other levels as well. Trainers are very knowledgeable and educated in all aspects of not just training but dieting as well. You don’t just get a membership you get an entire support group and gain a family!!
I recently started taking kickboxing and sweat classes at Switify Fitness, and honestly it’s been such an amazing experience. I have been going to sweatify for 2 months now and I have already lost 20lbs and I am gaining muscle and building my strength not only that I have made so many great friends Josh , Chrissy, and Karisa are amazing trainers they help encourage you and support your goals this place is like no other gym no judgment no pressure just fun and great people and awesome workouts!
