The sauna, cold plunge, and people are just incredible.
This place is wonderful for recovery. Amy is great and I appreciate the warm welcome. Would highly recommend if you enjoy solo recovery options.
The Sweathouz Worthington is awesome! I had a great time relaxing in the sauna and cold plunge! Erin and her staff were so friendly, too!
