Very transactional business. No “contact us” section of their website to try to communicate policy questions. I purchased a 5 pack and used one session, then moved an hour north and asked to transfer the remaining sessions to my daughter. That was a no. Fine. Next I tried to book 2 successive sessions as I was water cutting for a powerlifting competition so the hour each way was worth it, but instead they lectured me about safety and said I couldn’t do 2 sessions in a row - despite being a mature adult who wouldn’t be in the... read more
