absolutely love this place! great for recovery. staff is also super nice, definitely will keep coming back to this location!
The cold plunge was FREEZING and the sauna was sooooo hot up to 175 degrees totally in the control of the user. Plus the red light in there too and a speaker connected to the TV it was sooooo relaxing my boyfriend and I used the suite room for 2 people and it definitely wasnt meant to be romantic but when your relationship is built on experiences like ours is then its definitely a great couples activity
