What a great experience - room was pristine, top notch service, parking validated, and location is super close to my house
I was really excited to try SweatHouz and even considered becoming a weekly member. I paid $35 for the introductory session and brought a friend with me. At check-in, no one informed me that there would be an additional charge for bringing a guest. After leaving, I noticed an extra $35 charge on my card, which I never authorized. When I reached out, I was told it was for my guest. If I had been informed at the time of check-in, my guest would have gladly paid for themselves.
