I purchased two introductory sessions for my boyfriends birthday. They told me I could use the first session for his birthday (since the session is one person plus a guest) and the second one by the end of July. The second session not only was our room sauna barely functional, but they charged me for another full session. I tried to work with their team and they ended up starting to ignore me!
