Loved this experience! First time here, Miche was kind and knowledgeable. I loved the private suite and how I was able to personalize my time however I chose to do so. I left super happy!

I really enjoyed my session at SweatHouz. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but Chloe and Miche at the facility were very informative and helpful. The infrared sauna provided warmth and flexibility for my muscles, which were sore from a recent workout. After about 45 minutes in the sauna, I hit the shower in the room and then dipped into the cold plunge. Initially, it was quite a shock to the body, but you quickly get accustomed to it. I felt great after the session! I will be back!
Highly recommend! I been to other cold plunge places but this is far the best I been too. I feel relax and amazing. The staff there are great and very informative will come back
Just finished an amazing session in the infrared sauna followed by a cold plunge, and wow — what a rejuvenating experience! The heat worked its magic, easing tension and relaxing my muscles, and the cold plunge was the perfect shock to wake up every sense. I’m feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on whatever’s next! Highly recommend giving it a try!
