The customer service was top tier. The manager helped us out so much with the parking. She went above and beyond and actually showed us where to park so that me and my guest didn’t get a boot. This isn’t my usual location, and was my first time here. still ended up having a great experience. Now is a little different than the other locations with the cold plunge being in a different room, and a tighter fit than some of the other locations.
Jaren, Arianna and Cheyenne all greeted me with a smile. They showed me around the studio and answered all my questions. Very clean location. Enjoyed my session very much!
I appreciated how Jaren explained the benefits of the rooms and gave me a tour. He was very nice and helpful. I love that I had my own room and privacy. The sauna experience was very relaxing. I hooked up my music to the Bluetooth and created a little vibe for myself. I conquered the cold plunge and lasted about a minute. I left feeling so relaxed that I took a nap when I got home.
