My boyfriend and I used their free guest summer promo for our first time and we’re not disappointed. We went outside of peak hours and left feeling amazing inside and out! Love the health benefits of their therapies, along with the location and set up. We had to get a membership because we will be coming back often!

Really, really loved going to this place for cold plunge and sauna. A while back I bought a pack of cold plunge / sauna combos and was specifically told that they never expire. When I went to use them, they had in fact - expired. I called once and spoke with someone, they said they'd have a manager call me to discuss reinstating them - no one called. Called two more times and left messages - no response. It's a shame, because I loved this place but this experience makes me not want to go back or recommend it.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Buckhead SweatHouz location, especially because I was using my last session specifically to try another location before deciding whether I wanted to purchase another membership. When I booked my appointment over the phone, no one mentioned that this location does not have the cold plunge/ice bath inside the private sauna suites. That was a major disappointment for me because having the sauna and cold plunge together in the suite is a big part of the experience I’ve enjoyed ... read more

Great set up to go from sauna to cold plunge to hot vitamin C shower. Good lighting, control over temperature and sauna light color. Helpful assistant put on a fantastic channel on the TV featuring sound bowl therapy (…but u can watch the news if u want 😂…). Shower was nice n hot and a great way to close the session. Professional and kind staff. Complimentary dispenser with cucumber lemon water. Decent price for the experience for sure. Recommend.
