First time trying an ice bath/cold plunge, I’ve done steam sauna and infrared sauna but never followed it up with a cold plunge. You have a timer for each room, you have a shower in each room and sauna room has a smart tv to watch any streaming platform while you sweat the day away. The staff was very patient with explaining how you navigate each room, friendly and knowledgeable

The place is just right. Location is easy to get to. The customer service is amazing. It’s my happy place. Kayla is my favorite person there. She is very professional and lovely to be around.
