I had an amazing experience at Sweat House! The reception was very pleasant and explained the process thoroughly. The combination of the sauna and cold plunge was exactly what my body and mind needed. Go to the one on Krog St. Here, room 2 doesn’t go above 158°. The white guy with short, blonde hair that was working apologized and as I walked away he said, “I’m not that sorry” just as loud as he apologized. Definitely not coming back here.
I canceled twice, yet I was still charged more than $500 after my cancellation. I also received multiple parking tickets at the Midtown location despite having my parking validated. The company appears to be poorly managed, and my attempts to resolve these issues through customer support have been extremely frustrating. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
Very relaxing, energizing, and refreshing experience…definitely a monthly indulgence!
