My daughter surprised me with an appointment for this am. Christa greeted me and gave me a tour! I was excited and she made it even more special. The place was very clean and smelled great. She even added a few minutes onto my time after we conversed. I really enjoyed the sauna. I usually go to Korean spas as well and the steam from the saunas make it kind of unbearable to breathe for a long period of time for me. Kat was very helpful. Customer service was on point! Explained everything in detail and made me feel welcomed. Customer service like that is sometimes hard to come by. I needed to relax and this was the right place to go and do this. Coming to revise. Initially I had a great experience. Extended my sessions because Sandy Springs closed for months and went to a different location. I was told they would end in March 2025. Didn't tell me 3/4. This was my first experience and it was everything. I decided to do it on my birthday and it was THE most amazing and relaxing experience ever. They have great customer service from the time I walked it to the time I left. I felt so at ease the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back
