I booked 2 trial sessions for this place. When I showed up they claimed to only have one on their end. I pulled up both confirmation emails showing the same location and the next thing was “we don’t have enough suites available” because my friend and I schedules are pretty busy we had no choice but to go in one suite. I’ve always loved going here and have been a loyal member who often talks about it and refers others. But they’ve lost me as a customer. I just found out unused sessions do not roll over, something never disclosed when I signed up. This month I couldn’t go because I was getting tattooed, and any decent business would have informed me of the policy and offered to extend the two sessions. Decided to treat myself on my birthday and it was so worth it. The staff were so nice and helpful. She provided me with the tips on how to use the cold plunge and provided me with the larger suite, which I enjoyed! The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I would recommend this to my friends. It was a much needed self care experience.
