Amazing experience physically and mentally to leverage the contrast recovery. The sauna helped me clear my head and enjoy a good detox sweat. The shower feels smooth and relaxing and the ice bath was something to conquer. The staff was great about explaining the process and the wall instructions are great reminders. Taking the time to get your breathing dialed in and embracing the cold was my key to staying longer each time in the tub.
