I called in for general questions and ended up purchasing a membership with Tracie. This was definitely due to Tracie's EXCEPTIONAL customer service, friendly demeanor, relatability and knowledge. I am so EXCITED to start my wellness journey. Thank you so much Tracie!!!
The lady at the front was very helpful I had a really good experience.
I signed up with this location, I enjoy using the service & the staff is nice. It's difficult getting help with issues surrounding billing. They charged my card for the month, & even though the transaction has posted I have no access to the service. They keep attempting to charge the card 7 times so far. They need a dedicated customer service line, the ladies who work the desk are nice but they can't help & the manager always seems to be unavailable. They also are unable to pick up the phone most of the time.
My first experience at the Sweathouz was amazing. The staff was nice and professional and helped my experience be a great one. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. I will return.
For sure my least favorite location. They never answer the phone, they don’t text back, they don’t email back, they don’t call back. Anytime I’m looking to book an appointment with them it’s a headache, you literally have to start contact attempts days in advance if you want to get an appointment booked. Whenever you can make contact with them, they say they’ve been having phone issues. It’s very convenient how a business has phone issues for months that renders them unable to take calls yet they see no need to get it fixed.... read more
