I've been going to SweatHouz West Midtown for over 6 months and have enjoyed the sessions. The facilities are mostly clean but could use a deeper clean. Unfortunately, the customer service was severely lacking. There was a lot of miscommunication on their end about my membership, and I could never get anyone on the phone to help or someone who knew what was going on.
