I love going to the sauna and cold plunge. The suites are so nice.
Relaxing, spacious, private, clean, great!
IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL Over the last three months I have called to cancel my membership and left no fewer than 10 VMs. Not once have I received a call back. They continue to charge hundreds of dollars per month and do not pick up the phone. Even worse, in 2024 they double charged me for several months to the tune of $600 in overage charges. Back then I spoke to a manager who said they would immediately refund me. They did not. At this point I am getting a lawyer involved. This place is a scam.
Amazing experience. Great customer service. Very clean. Extremely relaxing.
