Incompetent or untrained staff. Called to move my appointment. The lady on the phone had no idea what she’s doing. After multiple attempts to contact them and someone finally answered she asked me to hold on and hung up. Tried to call back no luck. Rebooked to another location. If I don’t get a credit I’ll just cancel the membership
This was a good experience. Nice and clean facility.
