Beware ……this place tries to trick you into get a membership and them when you try to use it they don’t honor your membership. I had a terrible time trying to get an appointment plus the cold plunge tub had several pieces of hair in the tub. I tried to talk to the owner and she was very rude plus it took several weeks to get her to reply……go to another location
In my opinion if you pay for a hour you should be allowed to stay in the room for an entire hour. I asked the lady can I stay a hour she told me that I have to be out by the time expires. But very nice and clean location
