I like that it is a private sauna and you can really zone out without having to be mindful of other people. I also liked that there was the option of the sauna and the cold plunge in the same room instead of having to pay for them separately. Let’s not forget that you can hook up your own music to the Bluetooth! That was a great addition.

I really want to like this location, but the morning experience has been way too inconsistent for me to rate it any higher than two stars. I typically book early morning sessions, and on multiple visits it seems like the cold plunge tubs and saunas have only recently been turned on before appointments begin. As a result, I’d estimate that around 95% of the time, at least one of them is nowhere near an adequate temperature.
