I had an amazing experience! I usually go to another SweatHouz in South Florida, but since I was in town, I decided to book a session at this location—and I’m so glad I did. Sarah was fantastic—super helpful and friendly from start to finish. The service and atmosphere were top-notch. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again!
Great location! It was my first time there and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Sarah was extremely informative and helped me make the most out of my first contrast sauna/plunge experience!
I’ve done 5 sessions here now, and there are some things I really enjoy. The staff are nice, the suites are clean, and they’ve always been on time. However 2 major issues will keep me from coming back. Today was my last session in the pack of 5 that I bought, and when I first entered the temperature of the room was 32°C, almost 90°F. It had climbed to 35°C (95°F) by the time I had left. Now, I understand the suite has a sauna in it and expecting the room to be like a cool 65 is unreasonable. However, 95° is ridiculous.
