Had an absolutely amazing time relaxing and feeling so rejuvenated when I was done. Staff was so helpful explaining the process. Suites felt very private and inviting. Loved it so much!
It was an amazing experience but the manager (young guy) was rude and scolded my friend and I as if we were children. We followed all directions and he said he had to cancel all appointments bc he had to drain the pool. My friend and I even showered (with body wash) prior to entering the cold plunge). The place was empty so blaming us for having to cancel appointments was uncalled for and mean. I had every intention on buying the 4 visit package, however, after we were treated poorly, I decided not to. Thank you
Great staff with an amazing clean facility the entire staff go Above And Beyond.
It’s a really nice place and the experience was great! I like that there are multiple options for memberships too.
