First time to this type of place. Very clean, peaceful, and it's hard to not feel amazing afterwards.
Loved really everything at this facility. Friendly staff that explained everything. Music in the sauna and big enough to lay down in. The water station and infused hand towels at checkin. The timer to keep track of time. Lots of towels. The cold plunge was also really roomy. The shower amenities smell amazing. Nice little room to blow dry hair and put on makeup after session. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
This was my husband & i’s first time here, we LOVED IT!!! I signed up for the membership as soon as I left, very relaxing and I love that they have a vitamin C shower. Ivanna was super helpful showing us around the facility and very knowledgeable, & Michelle helped us book our membership at the end :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great place if you’re looking for a wellness experience that goes beyond just a sauna. They offer private suites with infrared sauna with multiple settings, a cold plunge and vitamin c overhead showers. This is all in your own space, not sharing with anyone else. Except, the couples suite, it’s perfect for two. We moved through the elements at our own pace. Sweat in the heat, plunge in the cold, and rinse off feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
