This was a great experience. The staff are super sweet and friendly. They gave a tour of the facility and experience the services. It was very cleaned and the ambiance was lovely. I love the sizes of the suites. Big enough for two people to use, which is what we did. I enjoyed the sauna and the cold plunge. I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. My husband booked it for me and truth be told I hate the cold so I wasn’t looking forward to the cold plunge. But honestly after heating up in the sauna and rinsing in the vitamin C shower, the cold plunge was pretty refreshing. Each time I got in, I stayed a little bit longer, and after the entire experience, I was definitely more relaxed.
