Excellent environment with the most private and relaxing suite. You can Bluetooth your music selection or watch shows , videos or just simply enjoy the ambiance. I workout at 4 times a week, I stretch daily and get massages, but neither eased muscle stiffness and pain as did Sweathouz Contrast Therapy. It f you never tried it, dont take my word for it try it for yourself. Then you can leave me a like afterwards.
The comfort and privacy of the suite as well as the flavored water…which gave a unique spin from other spas with same offered services.
We’ve come to this location 3 times. It’s a great a concept but poor execution. That’s why we ended up not getting a membership. There are things they need to improve on ASAP. 1.) The shower - It needs lighting. The drains are clogged and our feet were literally submerged in water. 2.) They should add a visible clock/timer on wall directly in front of cold plunge.
