I love the experience and ambiance in a private rooms. It feels like a luxury spa.
Timers were not working & they asked me to use my phone. When I asked if I could get a different room she said all the timers were not working & that I could use these small timers. When she said “You’re the only one who has complained,” I asked to cancel my session. She said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I came here to relax not be on my phone & using timers I’m not familiar with. I don’t want to be stressing about time when I’m supposed to be relaxing.
