The other day I called To see why they had added a $50 charge randomly. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the front desk told me she was the The assistant manager and that the owner would be calling me has now been over a week and that has not happened. I came in for a session today and was informed that that girl is not the assistant manager. I love the private rooms here. The staff is always super friendly. Super relaxing
Management sucks considering I’ve gone here for a couple of months and never even meet the manger is not a good sign. They add on bullshit fees and don’t tell you things rather act passive aggressive, which I don’t respect
