Have had an incredible experience going to this location. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. And the facilities are immaculate!
I loved everything about my visit here. Layla, the attendant was very helpful and explained things well. The facilities were clean and the rooms private. The lighting and music were wonderful. The therapy itself really made my body feel well. I am 100% endorse this facility
Plunj Provo is SO much better than here. $60?? Feels rushed. Cheap saunas. Doesn’t pass the vibe test. Eager, overly chatty staff that are obviously compelled by sales. Each time I’d be walking out the door they’d stop me for inane reasons and to excitedly ask me how it was; as if I had just experienced Disneyland for the first time. Plunj has a 30 minute cushion between sessions where you can have time to change and clean up. This is awesome because you can get a full hour of just sauna and cold plunging. I had an amazing experience at the SweatHouz in American Fork! The location is super convenient—right off the freeway—so getting there was quick and easy. From the moment I walked in, the front staff made me feel welcome. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, which set the tone for a great visit.
