THIS GYM! THIS TRAINER/OWNER, PEDA! Her passion, knowledge and drive of fitness and health make her an invaluable asset in your fitness journey. Personally, Peda has been my trainer for 3 years now. Ive been training with Peda for years. She is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. She has navigated injuries with me and changed workouts accordingly. The HIIT and functional movement exercises are exactly what I need, and you need to live long healthy lifestyles. I refer all my patients I can to her for their exercise and exercise education needs.
