I attended a HIIT class, and it was amazing! The energy was incredible, and the atmosphere was super motivating. My only complaint is that it was a little hard to see the instructor during the workout. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Was in town visiting and my friend convinced me to go try this place out. Went to a 60 min Sweatbox class led by Gwen and it was certainly challenging but also a lot of fun. Instructors were open and willing to help after gauging your experience. It was a great guided (but still self paced) workout… but beware, the classes definitely earn the title of Sweatbox because it’s not easy! After the class I used the facilities to shower up- and they spared no expenses. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Did Push/Pull with Gwen at SweatBox in Ballston and had a great workout! It was challenging and fun and they did an outstanding job acclimating firstimes such as myself, making sure I understood the movements, cadence and settings on the bike. Super clean and nice studio! Highly Recommend!

This location is very elegant and clean. The instructor for this class is very patient and supportive. I would come back again!
