If you want a sweat inducing good work out, this is the place. I've gone to two Saturday classes through classpass. The works out are fun but challening and being in the infared heat will definitely make you sweat!
I attended a Strength60 class at Sweat60 Infrared, and it was the most intense workout I've ever had at any studio. Highly recommend! Kristen was fantastic—she guided me through each exercise and explained everything clearly. Be prepared to sweat, but trust me, those cold towels at the end make it all worthwhile.
