This gym is amazing and very well run. Lashanae manages the Coral Springs location and does a fantastic job at engaging with the clients and offering really good advice and corrections. Ive been coming here for about 6 months and have been very happy. I would highly recommend!
Super motivated gym!
Sweat 440 coral springs is honestly the most effective gym I've ever been to. I've been going 3-4 times a week since the beginning of March and I am already down 5lbs and my strength and endurance are up significantly with still a few 3 days left in the month. I've seen more results here in 3 weeks with 40 minute sessions than I've 6 months in a conventional gym with 1-1½ hour long sessions. It's really a simple formula... YOU + SWEAT440 + MAXIMUM EFFORT = GUARANTEED RESULTS!
I’m so happy I found this gym. Being a working mom my time is limited so the fact that the workouts are only 40 minutes is great. I’m in and out. The convenience of scheduling every 10 minutes really helps with my busy schedule. The staff is top-notch and always pushes me to the next level. Love this place!
