One of the worst experiences with a mechanic. Shorty will over promise and never deliver. I’d love to say it was our first time being disappointed by them but sadly we didn’t learn our lesson the first time. This time he promised to have it back to us before Christmas if we paid him an extra $300 to get “local parts”. It’s now January 9th and they haven’t even started working on it yet. Had a flat tire due to a road hazard. A drill bit punched through the radial top tread. Called said they would fit me in. Was in and out quickly. Tire patched and rolling again. The Manager is awesome as well as the staff.
Simply wonderful. They were polite and wonderful to work with when we had new tires put on my husband’s car. When an issue came up, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of by the time it was all said and done. I want to express an extra thank you to Shorty for taking care of us. We will not forget it.
Replaced trailer tire and got me on the road
Needed to have Toyota brakes done and tires from Sweat rotated. Tyler aka Shorty was fast efficient and very easy to work with. Highly recommend Sweat in Elberta.
