I had an appointment to get my tires rotated at 12 o'clock. pretty simple. They said it would take 10-15 minutes. I showed up at 11:55. They told me at least an hour to 1.5 hours. I said why? They said they didn't know, possibly they were behind. I have a job, I don't have time to sit there for would have been 2 hours. Every since the new ownership took over They don't care.
