Sweat Studio is a heated fitness studio. All classes are heated to ensure a good sweat. Hot Cardio Pilates, Cardio Barre, Pilates Sculpt, are just some of the classes Sweat Studio offers. Classes are on the mat using mostly your own body weight along with resistance bands and light weights. All classes are designed to be for all levels, and challenge you based on your own fitness goals. We hope to SWEAT with you soon!

Great class with Amanda B. I took the weighted sweat class, which I preferred over the ultimate sweat class, it was a lot easier to follow. You will get an amazing sweat here!
