I really want to love Sweat Studio because there are some genuinely great things about it. The instructors are amazing. Very motivating and they lead really effective workouts. I also love how close it is to me, which makes it super convenient to stay consistent. Another huge plus is having both reformer and mat options, since it gives a lot of variety! I had an amazing experience at Sweat Studio with instructor Rikki! The energy in the class was great, and Rikki created a completely non-judgmental environment that made it easy to feel comfortable and push yourself. I will say the class is not for beginners—it’s definitely a good workout and can be challenging—but if you’re ready for that, it’s 100% worth it. Rikki keeps you motivated the entire time, and the vibe is unmatched. I had such a great time and will definitely be back soon!
I do really like to work out. It’s an amazing sweat but a couple concerns is the equipment feels nasty. Everybody is dripping and sweat and they do a little wipe down when you grab the equipment. It still feels wet and nasty and there’s a girl upfront. She never seems happy when you were a customer service you need to be trained properly and make people feel welcomed, especially paying customers.

The class was nice, but the studio lacks in customer service. I forgot a pair of pants at the studio on Sunday and have been trying to contact them during operating hours ever since to see if they were found, as I’m not able to go there in person. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone, and my missed calls are never returned. I can only imagine how this comes across to someone trying to call to book a class or learn more about the studio.
