The heated room makes the workout super effective, and the instructors are amazing
MY favorite studio everrr !!! I go to many different places and it never fails at sweat studio . Mariah kills it everytime with the workout + music . She’s always Super motivating as well . They did move next door now it’s a little more crowded but hopefully they work it out !
Hands down one of my favorite studios in Miami!
