Took Mia’s class this past Saturday! I loved it 🩷 can’t wait to go back
Tried my first class and loved it! Lex was great and explaining everything and showing the group as well as each station! She was warm and welcoming and I can’t wait to come back again!

I dig the classes at Sweat Society. From my first class, I noticed how attentive Wini was and how much work she had to do to instruct and keep everyone moving to get a good workout done in a 45 minute session. I was quite impressed. Over my next few classes, I sometimes got confused (still do) but I have noticed there are always other students that help and usually a couple of those other students are actually teachers there to provide support while they work out.
