8th state is more then just another workout studio, it’s a second family! From the instructors to all the members. The classes are challenging but a good challenge & so much fun, I was never confident enough to go to a gym or group workout class but i found 8th state and instantly felt comfortable to keep coming back! 10/10 recommend whether your just starting or a gym goer (you’d be surprised how hard it is to lift 5 lb weight in heat 🤣)
8th State has genuinely changed my life. I walked in looking for a workout, but I’ve found so much more than that. It has become a place where I can challenge myself, clear my mind, reconnect with my body, and leave feeling better than when I walked in. The community, instructors, energy, and atmosphere are unmatched. Every class feels intentional, and you can tell how much thought and passion goes into creating the experience.
