I’ve never been someone who liked working out—honestly, I used to dread it. But since joining this hot yoga studio, everything has changed. The classes are challenging in the best way and make me feel strong, confident, and calm all at once. Absolutely love this studio! All the instructors are so friendly and supportive. They make it a point to learn your name right away which I thought was very special. I also love that you can do something different everyday because there’s so much variety in the class schedule.
8th State is THE premier hot yoga studio in the area! The instructors are incredible, motivating, and welcoming. The variety of classes they offer is also amazing, and there's truly something for everyone! My personal favorites are the Mat Pilates and Sculpt classes! I've been going to this studio for over a year and have loved it! You simply won’t find a better studio than 8th State!
