I've been practicing hot yoga at 8th State for years and love every single class. It challenges me every time and has conditioned my body to do things I never thought possible; I feel so strong. All the teachers are great and I appreciate the core amenities offered; mats, towels, cool towels and all the tools necessary to have a great class.

I joined Hot Yoga Studio a couple of months ago, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and motivating, making every class something I look forward to. One of the things I love most is the variety of classes offered. I absolutely love 8th State! The instructors are so welcoming, encouraging, and care about everyone who walks through the door. Every class is challenging in the best way and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. The studio has such a positive, supportive atmosphere, and is always clean. The music is great, and every instructor brings their own style so every class is different!
