Just started at the sweat shop and have had such a wonderful time. I’ve been around other gyms before but nothing like the Sweat Shop. All the women are so welcoming and I’ve not only worked out with them but had FUN. I started going to try and find a community while staying healthy and I truly feel that’s what they have. I’m excited to continue my journey with them! I cannot recommend it enough.

I went to one of their events & it was an absolute blast! The studio is a great location for downtown Franklin! The instructors are super fun & motivating - highly recommend!! :)

This place is so empowering. The coaches and even other women in the class are so uplifting. I've been there a few months and have lost inches, pounds and gained so much confidence. A variety of classes are offered and they even have zoom classes to do at home.

Disappointing experience to say the least. I pre paid Amy $800+ for 6 months of classes and a health/nutrition coach. I started in August and it’s supposed to be up in February. I reached out in September letting her know that the program she provided was not working out for me. At this time I was only sending pictures of my food that she called a “journal”. This place is a complete scam Please don’t be silly don’t waste your money on someone to tell you what to eat/ do find someone in your circle that will hold you accountable YouTube google but paying a bunch of ppl that aren’t in the best shape themselves crazy gym membership low and stay away from the carbs
