Great gym! I love the sauna & classes!!
I absolutely love this upscale nontradional gym! I love everything about the Sweat Shack, owners, class instructors and staff are all great! I've attended stretch class, spin class and the step class so far, looking forward to trying the belly dancing class and zumba class coming soon! Not to mention they offer stand up and lay down tanning beds, a sauna room and cold room! Prices are fair too! Highly recommend checking it out!
