Great small CrossFit box with warm and lovely people and wonderful coaches whom are welcoming and take the extra time to further educate themselves to be better coaches for their members. 100% recommended by me, who has been to many CrossFit boxes around the world. Do come here to train!

This is a great community of wonderful people, in the 6 months I have been a member I have completely transformed my body, made new friends, learned a lot about myself, and have a great sense of well being. The heartfelt encouragement from the athletes at this gym motivated me to keep coming which In turn led to the success I’m experiencing today. CrossFit is something anyone at any level of fitness can enjoy.
I travel to Humboldt County about once a month for work and visit SPCF. Even if I am working in Eureka, I’ll stay in McK so I can get a morning workout in with this crew. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and super clean!
