Love the outddors set up, and pretty easy to follow format. There was a communal vibe which I appreciate.
I love Sweat! I go a few times per week and have noticed amazing results. I loved coming working out outside (I go to the outdoor classes). Cassie, the owner, is so knowledgeable and kind and the instructors are great!

The positives: - Great facilities with plenty of equipment and space. Love that the gym is outside! - Ample street parking - Good sense of community and friendly people. It was my first time and many of the regulars said hi and made me feel welcome. Small feedback: the class would benefit with providing the instructor a microphone (I believe there’s already a speaker).
