All of the instructors at Sweat are truly superb. Whether you’re in a hot room class, a lift session, or a LaGree workout, the quality is consistently top notch. I’ve been especially spoiled by the teaching of Shelley, Kristin, and Annie—their encouragement, expertise, and ability to challenge you while making everyone feel welcome is unmatched. The coaching, the energy, and the community at Sweat are next level. Highly recommend!
Sweat studio is the best studio in town. It has helped me to accomplish my goals I lost a lot of weight and got nicely toned. The owner Shelly is amazing and all of the teachers are amazinn as well. The classes are hard but fun with upbeat music, and good vibes! I highly recommend going there for your workouts. You won’t regret it! Thank you, Sri 🙌🏻😅🏋
I am posting under my birth name and I was a member. This place is way too political. There’s a lot of hyprocisy at this place. They preach inclusivity but the owner is one of the most judgmental people, very competitive with other women and doesn’t support them unless you fan girl. She only likes you if you agree with her politics. I don’t want to go to a place that pushes their political agenda- I’m here to work out. Why didn’t she give money to Laken Riley’s family?
Edit: posting anonymously in fear of retaliation. I was a member of Sweat Studio for several years, Over time, I became uncomfortable with how the studio was run. Classes are kept extremely hot, and members are discouraged from stepping out—even when feeling unwell. I personally witnessed the owner tell people they were not allowed to leave the very hot class, which raised serious safety concerns for me. Justine is always challenging and elegant and gives us confidence! She has a beautifully strong and sweet class that leaves me feeling healthy and inspired! She is a fantastic teacher in every way, every single time!
