Lack of communication, got a letter to meet them today at 930am, waited and waited for an hour or so. Had to call the firm to find out the case was assigned to someone else. This is for my dad's estate, I'm gu6they wasn't gonna make anything or what but lack of communication. Went to there office personally and all I got was oh I'm sorry, like sorry we waisted your time. And seems to have an attitude about it anyway...
