I can not express enough how much I am enjoying Sweat Fredericksburg! I love all the instructors with a special thanks to Zoey and Macey. They have been amazing! Macey welcomed me with open arms and even talked me through some struggles with being a new parent. This place has saved my life, I feel amazing! I am so unbelievably thankful for Sweat FXBG! I started Sweat just at the beginning of VA Bar Prep to try and help me stay focused and healthy, and Sweat did that and so much more. I have lost upwards of 30lbs, dropped 2 full pant sizes, and gained so much muscle, confidence, and a love for working out. I am in better shape now than I have ever been! I LOVE this gym. The classes are amazing and really push you. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and energetic. I would recommend this gym to anybody who’s looking for assisted growth but also wants to option to workout alone.
