I absolutely love Sweat Forum! The women who own the gym are incredible so welcoming, motivating, and genuinely passionate about creating an amazing workout experience. The classes are challenging in the best way, high-energy, and leave you feeling so strong and accomplished. I would honestly take these classes every day if I could. Such a great community, great instructors, and an overall amazing place to work out. Highly recommend!
Sweat Forum is the rare gym that actually improves over time. While most gyms gradually fall into disrepair, this one continues to invest in itself by updating equipment, refining its instructors, and introducing new, engaging programming and promotions. The “no outside shoes” rule is a small detail that makes a big difference, and honestly, more gyms should adopt it. It’s a great locally owned business that genuinely makes everyone feel welcome.
Best investment I have made for my own health in years. The kindest and most knowledgeable trainers are here. Workouts are always different and fun. I look forward working out now.
It changed my life. The people here are the best. It’s such a supportive and encouraging community. I get in 30 or 50 minutes a day what it would take me to get in a month on my own.
