Our mission is to create a fitness community born from our desire to train and properly balance through pursuit of personal excellence. Check out our schedule to either join our HI room for a H.I.T.T. style class or our LO room for yoga, sculpt and mobility style classes!

I absolutely love Sweat Forum. They have an extensive variety of classes you can take each day, and no matter which class I choose I always leave feeling better than I did beforehand. The owners and instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable and I love the music choices during the classes. Altogether, Sweat Forum is an incredibly fun atmosphere. I feel both motivated and supported every time I’m there!
I am a founding member of Sweat Forum and have completed 514 classes since I joined over two years ago. And every. single. class. is STILL hard!!! I love that Sweat Forum offers such a variety of classes. You can get your cardio fix in the Arete classes in the Hi Room followed by recovery/yoga in the Lo room. Sweat Forum is my favorite place to be! The owners and coaches have built up a welcoming community and always motivate everyone to push themselves to be the best they can be during classes.
Amazing studio. Both the low and high rooms are fantastic, but the lift classes are my absolute favorite.
