Like many, I was nervous to get back into group fitness after taking some time off. SweatFixx offers a variety of different class styles and all have been fantastic! Classes accommodate all abilities and age levels. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, kind, and fun! Do not hesitate to join this wonderful community!
I have finally found my place! Every instructor I have had has been challenging, supportive, and welcoming. I look forward to going to class, which is something I couldn't say before finding Sweat Fixx. This place is a must try if you are on the fence, you won't regret it.
Love the energy of Sweat Fixx! Instructors are personable , fun, and motivating throughout the classes. And explain the different stations/exercises well. Feeling stronger every day!
