Love love love Sweatfixx! Wakefield has amazing yoga and I love the new Train class! After a few years at the studio, it is clear that my fitness ability leveled up as I am lifting heavier and have greater stamina. The best part is the community. So much support from the instructors as well as your fellow classmates!
