Sweat Fixx is such a great place to be. The encouragement, the realness, modifications offered, and the push to lift the appropriate heavy weights is SO worth continuing a commitment here and will make you feel strong. Elise and her team are so down to earth and know appropriate form and corrections to give to make taking class here very worthwhile. Even at 6am - I’m always happy when I leave!

Been going to SweatFixx for over 3 years now and I am so thankful for the community I’ve gained. They are always adding new equipment to try, introducing new class types, and encouraging you to lift heavy (shout out Erin! Always focusing on form). Love all the classes and instructors!
LOVE SWEAT FIX @ the Wakefield location its atmosphere is one of the biggest highlights. It strikes a nice balance between being motivating and welcoming. I especially love the personal training experience I’ve had with Erin and Kelsey! They both have helped me with my confidence and form which in return I’ve used their expertise in the group classes.
Coach/ trainer Jillian was very welcoming, supportive and helpful! I am grateful I found sweat fixx, and will be back to take more classes!
