This gym has everything you could possibly need to get a great workout. Much better than I expected for the peninsula! Fitness is a passion for the owners. They both train for contests at the gym. That says it all. The equipment, accessories, sauna, showers, and restrooms are always neat and clean. I go every day when I'm in town. The owners and staff always say hi with a smile and are happy to chat.Keep up the great work!
