First time doing CrossFit. Jen and all the coaches have really helped me to improve each day. Great place for beginners and athletes.
I can't say enough good things about Keith and Jen! They're both such amazing coaches – super nice, caring, and they really know their stuff. What I love most is how they make workouts fun, even when they're pushing you to your limits. They have a way of motivating you that makes you want to work harder, and they genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. I always leave feeling challenged and energized!
I recently attended my first class with Mind Forge Crossfit and was thoroughly impressed. Coach Jenn was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to each participant's fitness level. I felt both supported and challenged throughout the workout. I’m really looking forward to continuing!
This gym is more than just a gym. This is a team, a group of friends and if you ever need a moment due to any reason, they are your family that welcomes you back home after your time away. I can’t say anything negative about coach Jen and coach Keith. They are always their to pump you up and keep you going even when your brain says give up 😎
