this was my first time doing sweat cycling and i’ve gotta say that i really enjoyed this. this experience was so much fun and in my opinion better than the gym. i loved that the lights were off (with flashing lights here and there) and that we went by the beat of the music while also still going by our own beat. it was tough for sure but very enjoyable. i already booked my next 3 sessions. i’m looking forward to the progress i’ll make !!
