Asombroso lugar!! Fui por primera vez y estaba perdida en cómo utilizar la bicicleta🥴 las que trabajan en el lugar fueron muy amables y pacientes conmigo! Me enseñaron cómo utilizar la bicicleta y cómo hacer ejercicio. Tuve una grata experiencia🤍✨
Super fun and high energy classes!
I honestly really enjoyed my class. The instructor was great and I loved that they provide shoes. My literal only complaint was how the music volume was deafening, I genuinely felt like I needed ear plugs. Don’t get me wrong I like loud music and gladly blast music in my car—but this was painfully loud, to the point I couldn’t really hear what the instructor was even saying. My ears were ringing for a good hour after.
Update: After attending my first class, this is a great place. It was definitely challenging as a beginner, but that was part of the fun. I’ll definitely be back! I spent twenty minutes trying to find this place. I got here at 5:55am and couldn’t find it until 6:14. As I was walking up the stairs, they shut the door on me. I understand the policy, but there was no one at the front desk or any signs to help me find this place as it is tucked way in the back.
