Wow, that was a beast of a workout! Nothing makes you appreciate this heatwave more than cooling down by stepping outside into it AFTER doing an epic Sweat Cycle session in their Hot Room! Don't underestimate their advice to hydrate yourself well the night before and the day of your session, and even if you're a one water bottle drinker when you normally ride, bring two! So I accidentally left a review on classpass for this place...and it wasn't actually meant for Sweat Cycle. Whoops so I'm making up for it here Sergio and I had such a great time at Sweat Cycle! we walked in and saw “Welcome new riders, Seth and Sergio” on the board, and we felt so welcomed and thought of.
