This is a nice space and convenient location
Sara is amazing! She’s by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. Her classes at Sweat Co Workout Studios Ltd are small （4-5 ppl）, so she can give everyone personal attention. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the movements correctly, and will gently correct your form to help you get the most out of the session. I’ve learned so much from her already and can’t wait to keep taking her classes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Pilates experience!
Love this studio, very professional and friendly instructors, very helpful staff too. Clean and fully equipped gym and pilates rooms, very neat bathroom too. My instructor is very detailed and really helpful with fine tuning my movements. Devil is in the details and i am eager for the next lesson already ! Thanks!!
Love this boutique studio! Classes and instructors are the best of the best ! They are the pioneers of personalized training and spinning. And still cutting edge to this day.
