I found Sweat Circuit in the fall of 2021 and totally fell in love with it! Liz is the heart and Nick is the soul of this small mom and pop chain. They find coaches that love what they do and inspire us clients to push a little harder. They have built a supportive group of like standing clients that feel like family, always encouraging one another. This will forever be one of my favorite gyms!
Truly the best gym ever. Family owned and operated, they’ve built that culture of community into their business. The program itself is a perfect mix of weights and cardio, the coaches are friendly but will also push you and motivate. Highly recommend!

Sweat Circuit is awesome! I took De’Shaun’s upper body class and it was challenging but he will encourage you! He is a great instructor and I would highly recommend his classes to anyone!
