Such a great experience at this gym. Liz and Nick are so friendly, and the coaches who work there are knowledgeable and helpful with workouts. The environment is energizing and welcoming, but that doesn’t mean they’ll go easy on you when the workout gets going. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I highly recommend checking out this gym.
I found Sweat Circuit in the fall of 2021 and totally fell in love with it! Liz is the heart and Nick is the soul of this small mom and pop chain. They find coaches that love what they do and inspire us clients to push a little harder. They have built a supportive group of like standing clients that feel like family, always encouraging one another. This will forever be one of my favorite gyms!
Truly the best gym ever. Family owned and operated, they’ve built that culture of community into their business. The program itself is a perfect mix of weights and cardio, the coaches are friendly but will also push you and motivate. Highly recommend!
