I've been training at Sweat 60 about once a week since November and it's been an amazing experience! I wasn't someone who worked out often (or at all) but everyone there has made me feel very comfortable and it's been such a positive experience. I train with Sam who is amazing , supportive and super relatable. He's genuine and very supportive of your individual goals. I'd highly recommend training with him to anyone looking to take an active role in their health !
I’ve been training at Sweat 60 Los Angeles for a while now, and even after my previous trainer moved, the experience has stayed just as strong. Sam has been fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and really attentive to my goals—and the entire team continues to be skilled and supportive. Grateful to have found such a great place to train!
I’ve been training with Grant for a little over a month and did not expect such good results. I’m down 4% in body fat and up 7 pounds of lean muscle. Every workout is different, challenging, and clearly planned with purpose. I’m getting stronger every single week and actually look forward to training, which says a lot. He’s attentive, pushes you the right way, and is just generally fun to be around. The gym itself is also very nice. Nice equipment and very clean. Easy parking too!
Great space for personal training and workout classes alike. Sean is the best fitness coach I've ever worked with, does a great job of blending rep consistency with diversity of movements in addition to getting more out of you than you would ever consider possible. Can't recommend Sweat 60 and specifically Sean enough.
Updated: I've recently been training with Matt Brumbaugh who is phenomenal! His focus on form with real time corrections will dramatically improve your training for the better. He shares techniques to protect against injury and makes sure every rep is getting you full mileage for the targeted muscle group. His workouts are dynamic and challenging while still attainable.
