I was visiting and looking for a dynamic strength training session so my friend and I tried Sweat 60. I was thoroughly impressed with Kevin’s speedy response, welcoming energy, and the gym vibe overall. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating and the workout was structured in a way that I appreciated. Will 100p be coming back every time I visit.
I started at Sweat 60 with little experience in strength training, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Sam Street is an incredible personal trainer—always keeping workouts fun, challenging, and evolving. Starting at a new gym can be nerve-racking, but Sam made me feel comfortable from day one.
I have been attending semi-private training sessions at SWEAT 60 in Santa Monica for several months and I have only good things to say about it. The trainer I work with (Evan Spry) tailors the workout to aid in my goal of developing increased strength, mobility, and conditioning for Beach Volleyball, at my request. I started training with Evan Spry at Sweat60 in Santa Monica a few months ago. I’ve been impressed by his coaching, and the overall sense of community at the gym. He was able to tailor a plan for me that took both my goals and limitations into consideration — pushed me where I needed, and supplemented around injuries and weak spots.
