I can't say enough good things about Sweat60! From day one, the trainers and community they have built made every class feel incredibly welcoming. The energy is great and you can tell they attract a genuinely great crowd of people who support and motivate each other, which I've realized is hard to come by in LA. Sweat60 has both great weight training group classes and personal training— I have been working with Matt for two and a half years and love going in!

I’ve been coming to Sweat 60 for semi-private sessions as well as group classes for almost two years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. The classes are a great mix of strength and cardio, and every trainer is super friendly and helpful. This place is the real deal. They really built a good group of athletic individuals over here. I signed up for a class and it exposed how out-of-shape I really was; unfortunately I couldn’t keep up. It looks like I have some work to do before I return.
