Terrible! He should be fired. The man said one thing and wrote something completely different on the mediation report. When i called to ask if he could explain why he wrote something different he spoke back in a rude tone said he never heard anything come out of my mouth except that i didn't agree to anything. Which was a lie when both parties did agree on parenting time. The man is delusional, unprofessional, and rude. Never go to that place. All he cared about was the money. He doesn't care to resolve anything.

Mr. Brad Swearingen is fair, direct, and explains all potential outcomes of actions. Mr. Swearingen has been my attorney for over two years and was recommended to me by a respected co-worker. I would never recommend him as an attorney. He devalues women, takes weeks to return phone calls and doesn't listen to anything said by his client.
