Trade customer and bought an exhaust system for a customers FG Falcon. Problems with fitment which was verified by XForce with photos. SWD will not credit the freight charge. 4 hours lost time and $145.22 out of pocket with freight. Not helpful on the phone and email has been ignored. Poor customer service.
