Absolute trash company. Unethical bunch of thieves. During the loan process we were set-up with an escrow account to pay mortgage insurance. They said we had to due this for a year. We did that and said, we don't want to to do this anymore. Then they said you need to have 20% of the loan paid. So we did that, they still refused to stop the escrow. The worst customer service on the planet. No helpful support at all and then you get attitude on top of it. For 18 months my online bill pay was sent out on the same date with mo issues now all of a sudden they are being processed late and swbc is doing absolitly nothing to help resolve the issue. Choosing only to blame the customer for late payment If they choose to answer this they will respond by stating some bogus reason about there processing system.
