I can't stand SWBC Mortgage. After 18 months of on line on time payments they stopped accepting my banks e payments and started hitting me up with late payments. Then they reported me to the credit bureaus even though all payments were sent and received by them. Now they hit me with an escrow shortage of over 4 thousand dollars. No problem I had the money to pay the shortage in full. Stay away from this Mortgage company they do not and will not be on your side after the loan agreement is signed.
